2018 Investment Return Ranges for Compensation Plans
The Human Resources Committee mandate includes approving all compensation plans for executive-level employees, which includes annual investment return ranges to ensure continued governance and oversight of the primary driver of compensation plans. For 2018, Management recommended two items be changed to better ensure stability and longer term focus.
Following a presentation by the SVP, People and Culture, and a question and discussion period, the Human Resources Committee approved the Investment Return Range Targets and Spreads for Compensation Plans, effective January 1, 2018.
